HOW DO I SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS?

There are two ways search for products:

  1. Enter a keyword or product name into a browser

  2. Or into the search bar at the top right of any page.

HOW OFTEN ARE NEW PRODUCTS ADDED?

We add new merchandise to our store on a weekly basis. If you see something that you like, be sure to add it to your cart and checkout because some of our items are only available for a limited time in limited quantities!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items broken or damaged by shipping can be replaced within 30 days of placing the order. Other returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.

HOW CAN I FIND MY ORDER STATUS?

A Tracking number will be sent to you to allow you to track your shipment

UNDERSTANDING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

The status of your order is available in your Order History almost immediately after you place an order. It is automatically updated each time your order advances through the process. If items within your order ship separately, your Order History information will be displayed for each item. The following list of status messages will inform you of your order status.

Standard Status Messages

  • Submitted and processing – Your order has been submitted and the information you entered during checkout is being processed.

  • Product(s) located in stock – The products that you selected and submitted within your order during checkout are available and have been located in our warehouse.

  • Shipped on: mm/dd/yyyy – The products have shipped from our warehouse and are on their way to the designated shipping destination.

  • Backordered – One or more products in your order are currently unavailable for shipment. You will be notified via email when the product(s) become available and ship from our warehouse.

  • Return received on: mm/dd/yyyy – Returned products are being processed. If you returned a product to our warehouse, this status informs you that we have received the product.

  • Credit issued on: mm/dd/yyyy – After your returned product is processed and your original order information is located, your credit will be issued. You can expect to receive credit for a returned product within 30 days of our receiving it at the warehouse.

Additional Status Messages

  • Cancelled on mm/dd/yyyy due to missing or invalid order information – An error has occurred during the order authorization process. Your order was suspended, as we attempted to contact you, and finally canceled. Cancelled orders cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.

  • Cancelled on mm/dd/yyyy due to missing or invalid payment information – Due to missing or invalid payment information, your order was cancelled. Cancelled orders cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.

HOW IS ORDER STATUS DIFFERENT FROM TRACKING INFORMATION?

The status of your order is supplied by us. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered.

The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after a product is shipped from our warehouse.

HOW LONG AFTER MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED SHOULD I EXPECT TO HAVE IT DELIVERED?

We ship our items out using standard delivery and it will take 2 to 10 business days to receive our product(s), depending on your delivery address. Could take longer when ordered from the oversea warehouse.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING METHOD?

Our shipping methods are as follows:

  • Our store ships by UPS or USPS within the Continental United States.

  • Orders going overseas will be sent by air mail. DHL or UPS

  • Canadian orders are placed by Canada Post.

  • Shipping cost will be calculated At checkup  

HOW DOES PAYPAL WORK?

PayPal is the payment processor our website uses to accept any major credit or debit cards. When you make a purchase, it takes the money from your account and places it in the account of the seller you are buying from.

During checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to choose your checkout method. You can either enter the credit/debit card number or sign into PayPal to pay with your PayPal balance.

HOW DO I SET UP PAYPAL?

You do not need to already have a Paypal account to check out. However, if you want to sign up, go to PayPal and click the Sign Up button.
